Registration for Spring Break Camp is closed while some spots for Summer Camp, particularly for teen participants is still available, as are wait lists spots.

The Kyle Parks and Recreation Youth Flag Football League is designed for boys and girls aged 4U to 6U. Practices and Games are held on Mondays at 6 p.m. at Gregg-Clarke starting the week of March 23. We offer divisions for 4U & 6U Coed (with a 30-minute practice followed by a 30-minute game) for $60 per player.

The City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to participate in the Kyle Kudas Swim Team. Kyle Kudas is open to all swimmers ages 5-17. Registration fee of $175 resident/$210 non-resident per child for the season is required to participate. Registration is currently open at Kylerec.recdesk.com. Registration closes May 15th or when program is filled.
Participant & Parent Requirements:
All participants must be able to swim two full lengths of the pool unassisted and without flotation devices/equipment to make the team. Teams are limited to 15 swimmers per coach.
The Swim Team Coach has the authority to dismiss swimmers from the team due to behavioral issues/concerns after being previously addressed.
Parents must inform Coach or City Employee of swimmers absence. Three unexcused absences may result in the dismissal from the team. A swimmer must have less than 3 unexcused absences to compete in the Regional Swim Meet.

Registration and fee of $160 per child for the season is required to participate.

Practices are held Tuesday's and Thursday's from 7:15 - 9:15 p.m.
The TAAF Regional Meet is June 26.

There must be a minimum of 7 players to a team and maximum of 10 players per team, and a minimum of 3 and max of 4 teams per division, pending gym availability. If a league does not make the minimum, parent/guardian will get a full refund.
Special requests for week day practices, team/friend/coach requests are not guaranteed.

The Kyle Recreational Hockey League offers adult and youth roller hockey leagues year round.
Games are played at Ash Pavilion, 1231 W. Center St. in Gregg-Clarke Park in Kyle, TX.

Therapeutic Recreation & Special Olympics
The City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department is thrilled to offer Therapeutic Recreation Services to connect people of all abilities together through accessible recreation, promoting independence, confidence, and improving overall quality of life. Therapeutic Recreation Services include both adaptive and inclusive programs, facilitated by Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists (CTRS) and dedicated supporting staff.

Hooked on Fishing Youth Clinic
Alongside Texas Parks and Wildlife, this event is for children wanting to learn the basics of fishing from tying a hook to a line, casting, bait, fish identifying and rules of fishing.
Saturday, June 6th at Lake Kyle, 700 Lehman Rd. Registration opens May 1st and space is limited each year, pre-registration is required. Please visit Kylerec.recdesk.com, to register.
Registration includes rod and reel combos, tackle boxes and items for their tackle box. Sessions will be led by certified instructors from Texas Parks & Wildlife Department.
