Meeting rooms are available to eligible groups residing in or serving Hays County for public meetings, educational programs, workshops, and other community activities during regular library hours when not reserved for Library or City of Kyle use.
Each meeting room includes tables, chairs, and a projection screen. Reservations are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and the Meeting Room Policy.

Quick Facts
- Eligibility: Groups residing in or serving Hays County
- Reservation Window: Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and no more than 5 weeks before the event.
- Fees: One reservation per calendar month (up to 2 hours) is provided at no charge. Additional reservations are $10 per hour. A $100 fee applies if food or beverages will be served.
- Amenities: Tables, chairs, and a projection screen are included.
- Approval: Reservations are subject to availability and Library approval.
Meeting rooms are intended for public, non-commercial use and may not be used for private social gatherings, fundraisers, political events, religious services, or similar activities.
