Establish New Service

New Utility Account

To start a new utility service in the City of Kyle, you must fill out and submit an application. An online application can be completed at http://www.2turniton.com. When selecting services, please pick "Set Up My Water"; our Utility Billing office will know what services are available in your area based on your address. 

Documents Required

Applicants must provide the following:

• Application
• A valid government issued photo ID
• Lease or proof of ownership

Setup Fee Information

Before beginning service, the Utility Billing Department will collect a deposit and service charge. The fee varies depending on the services available in your subdivision. If the City of Kyle provides water, sewer, and trash service, that amount due will be $158.48. For sewer and trash only, the amount due will be $95.09. For trash only, it is $63.40.

Effective October 1, 2025: All credit card payments will incur a 3.91% processing fee.

Kyle residents have several area water service providers. Not all residents will be serviced by the City of Kyle's Water Utilities. Find your local provider:

• City of Kyle Public Water System
• County Line Special Utility District (CLSUD)
• Texas Water Utilities
• Goforth Special Utility District (GSUD)
