Application for Planning and Zoning
The new Citizen Self-Serve (CSS) portal is now open and required for all Subdivision Plats, Site Plans, Zoning requests and all other applications for the Planning Department. This portal will allow you to apply and pay online for applications.
All applicants will need to create an account before submitting an application. Check out the 'How To' videos below for assistance with using the online portal and the Development Checklist linked at the bottom of this page.
