Disconnect Utility Services
To close a utility account, a Disconnection Form must be completed. An account can only be closed by the primary account holder, and you must submit a valid government issued photo ID along with the completed Disconnection Form.
Options for completing and submitting the Disconnect Form:

To preserve client safety, we do not accept service disconnections over the phone.
*Disconnections are only completed on weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
