Residential Low-Flow Devices Water Conservation Rebate Program

Purpose: 

The City of Kyle wants to encourage residents to conserve water and save money on their water bills where possible. City of Kyle residential water customers are encouraged to apply for the following rebates on qualified devices listed below as well as water conservation practices. 

Eligibility: 

• Only current City of Kyle water utility customers are eligible to participate in the rebate program.
• Customer account must be current, with no outstanding balance.
• Customer must have an original receipt of purchase included with the application for the rebate.
• Only complete applications will be considered.  
• Only products purchased after the start of the program are eligible for a rebate. (Sept. 19, 2023)

Qualifying Devices: 

• Low Flow Showerheads (≤2.0 gallons per minute)
• Low Flow Toilets (≤1.6 gallons per flush)
• Toilet Tank Flapper Repair/Replacement Kits
• Faucet Aerators
• Sprinkler Timers (Faucet Mounted) 

Application information: 

• The application must include complete customer contact information for the rebate.
• Maximum amount of reimbursement for each item is listed on the application.
• Sales tax will NOT be reimbursed.
