Towing and Wrecker Services Ordinance and Application

The City of Kyle Commercial Towing and Wrecker Services Ordinance outlines the requirements for voluntary participation of privately owned towing and wrecker services that wish to operate in coordination with the city.

This ordinance applies to:

• All commercial towing and wrecker services whose principal place of business is located within the corporate limits of the City of Kyle; and

• All commercial towing and wrecker services, both within and outside the city, that participate in nonconsent tows within the city.
