Description and Background
The Quail Ridge Subdivision is currently served by septic systems. The City is planning utility improvements in the neighborhood to provide public wastewater infrastructure and address aging water infrastructure.
The project includes new wastewater lines throughout the subdivision, a wastewater stub-out at each property, replacement of aging waterlines, replacement of individual water services, and fire hydrant relocations as needed.
This project is intended to improve utility reliability, support public health and safety, and provide long-term infrastructure improvements for the neighborhood.

Will there be a cost to connect?
The wastewater impact fee is currently $6,345 per connection. The impact fee will remain at this rate, so owners may choose to connect in the future at the same $6,345 impact fee. Property owners will also have the option of an interest-free payment plan of up to 36 monthly payments. More information on the payment plan will be shared as the project begins.
