Online Bill Pay and Autopay
The Utility Billing Payment Portal allows for online payment processing. Pay your Utility Bills at any time, day or night, using a debit/credit card or an e-check, or plan a future payment!
Pay by Phone
City of Kyle gives you access to your account 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It's a convenient way to pay your bills on your own time - with no waiting!

Pay in Person/Dropbox
Pay your bill in person at one of the 3 customer service windows inside City Hall, or at the drop box on the side of the building. Payments can be paid in cash, check or money order.

Note: We are not responsible for cash placed in the night drops with your payment coupon.
Pay by Mail
Please use the payment coupon and DO NOT MAIL CASH. Check or Money Order should be made payable to the City of Kyle. Please include your account number on the check.

Customer Responsibility - Failure to receive a bill or a disconnection notice does not exempt a customer from responsibility to make payment. Customers may review billing and make payments online at the Utility Billing Payment Portal.
