Uber Kyle $3.14 Program 2025 Review

Project Overview

The City of Kyle is reviewing the Uber Kyle $3.14 program, including the Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV) component of the program, to identify near-term and long-term recommendations on what kind of program Kyle residents would like to see going into the future. The program has grown from just under 4,000 trips in 2021 to almost 60,000 trips in 2024. The success of the program has led to the need for a comprehensive evaluation of program daily operations and overall structure.

Public Involvement

The Uber Kyle $3.14 Program Review public comment period is Friday, August 8, 2025 – Friday, October 31, 2025.

The city of Kyle wants to hear from you! This is your opportunity to share your thoughts on the current program, unmet needs, and/or suggestions for improvements.
